What we collect
When you request a free demo or contact us, we collect the details you submit: your name, team and brokerage names, email address, phone number, a listing address or URL, and optionally an Instagram handle. We also use privacy-focused, cookie-free site analytics that record aggregate page views, and standard marketing platform tracking that helps us know when a page we sent you has been viewed.
How we use it
Submitted details are used to produce your demo video, respond to your request, and follow up about RealtyAmp services. Lead details are stored in our customer relationship management system. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers that run our forms, CRM, email, and video hosting.
Listing photography
Listing photography we process for demos and deliveries is used solely to produce your videos and is never repurposed, resold, or used to advertise other clients without written permission.
Retention and your choices
You can ask us at any time to correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@realtyamp.ai. We retain lead and client records only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with an updated effective date.
